The Member may exhibit the Programs via closed circuit television and/or LAN within the facilities of their Organization. The Member may exhibit the Programs to their students, employees, and/or general public in their immediate service area. Permission is granted to charge an admission fee, if desired. A Non-Educational Organization may exhibit the Programs only to its employees. Employees of the Member, whether Educational or non-Educational, do not have the right to distribute passwords which protect streaming videos on the STARLINK web site to persons outside the specific member Organization. In no event shall the Programs be exhibited without the complete copyright notices and credits contained herein.
Member shall have the right to make and retain recorded copies of the Programs for playback/audiovisual use solely by Member employees within its facilities for training and/or educational purposes. Use of the Programs must be in the Program’s original format. Programs may not be edited or altered by Organization without written consent of STARLINK.
The Success & Leadership Programs are available streamed only. They may not be duplicated or recorded.
Member shall receive a complete set of printed materials for use in connection with the Programs. Member shall have the right to reproduce the printed materials for use solely in connection with authorized use of the Programs.
Member may arrange for transmission of the Faculty Development Programs on a non-pay cable access channel within its immediate geographic area, provided that such transmission takes place no sooner than one week following release of the Programs.
Member shall not duplicate, sell, rent, or part with possession of the recorded copy of the Programs or derogate from any rights granted herein. STARLINK Programs, DVDs, videotapes, and streaming videos are copyrighted and intended solely for use by employees of member institutions. Use by any other individual or organization is prohibited by law unless written consent is obtained from STARLINK.
The STARLINK Network and its personnel shall not be liable for failure to deliver Programs due to circumstances beyond their control.
A network membership is required for multiple sites within an organization.
