About this Course
This course is worth 5 hours (0.5CEU) of professional development. A certificate of completion can be printed once the program is completed.
Career and Technical Education and Workforce programs provide today’s students with high-potential career opportunities that don’t require a 4-year degree. Students, however, are often unaware of CTE/Workforce programs, or their potential benefits. This course aims to expand the knowledge base of Advisors and other college stakeholders in the area of CTE/Workforce so that they in turn, can create an awareness with students about available opportunities.
Each lesson consists of three micro-lessons of 2-3 minutes in length, making them easy to fit into a busy schedule. Lessons are tiered to reflect the progressive depth of the content covered, and to accommodate a variety of learner experience levels. The lessons that comprise this course are described within in the course, once you have launched the course.
This is a Perkins State Leadership Grant project.
