About this Course

Technology is a bridge to increase access for all learners. If not integrated correctly, technology can increase barriers for learners with disabilities. As technology becomes a larger component of everyday life and learning, it is increasingly important that all technology is accessible for every learner.

In order for learners to meaningfully participate in their education, learners must be able to access and engage with their educational materials. Digital accessibility allows for students with disabilities to meet the same outcomes as students without disabilities.
