This online course explores why we are resistant to change, why resistance to change is a natural human response, and how to best address resistance to improve the odds of success. Resistance to Change is commonly covered as part of the larger subject of "Change Management." We'll cover the reasons why changes fail, how human psychology plays a big part in the success of any change, and discuss how to best adapt to the many changes faced by organizations in our modern world. By the end of this learning module, the learner will be able to:
