There are many reasons innovative ideas don’t get generated and successfully implemented in higher education. Innovation can’t happen just because leadership mandates it. To succeed there must be systems and tools in place and processes to cultivate innovation. In today’s rapidly changing higher education landscape those who innovate will capture the new student and those who don’t may disappear. Nothing is sacred.
