Module One:

The “Critical Five” refers to the five skills employers most want college graduates to possess.  This module addresses the following:

  • Introduction
  • The Critical Five (Tool) Employee
  • Hard Skills vs. Soft Skills

Module Two:

An astounding 75% of employers nationwide reported recent college graduates are NOT well-prepared and lack the ability to apply knowledge and skills in real-world settings.  The following module discusses:

  • Critical Thinking Defined
  • Marketable Skills vs. Transferrable Skills
  • Deteriorating Interpersonal Skills

Module Three:

Nine out of ten (90%) of employers surveyed said the capacity to think critically, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems are more important than the undergraduate major.  In this module, our experts explore the following topics:
