As of 12/21/2010 there were 5,469 registered DCCCD users. For the Fall 2010 semester, we received 598 support calls. Here is the breakdown of those 598 Support calls:

*Registration Packets bundled with Academic Transformation: The Road to College Success contained some cards lacking unique registration codes. This was an error that occurred in printing the cards. Students who acquired faculty cards received registration codes by calling the Foliotek help desk at 888-folioez
